Half a Day - Lost!

This morning I had breakfast and went back to bed. Slept till almost 2:00.

Some days when you feel like something is just not right, you may just need sleep.

  2. I have never been able to do that no matter how much I would like to. I wish I could. If I'm in bed past 8:00 I feel guilty. I have no idea why. I'm sure it's healthier to just sleep until you're rested. :-) . I hope you feel much better tomorrow.

    1. Thanks, Betsy. Twenty years ago I didn't sleep as much or nap. But the times, they are a'changing!

  3. I've definitely been having a few of those days lately! I think I just pllain wear myself out doing so much sometimes. I didn't used to do this, so it must be associated a bit with aging, But I do like to sleep, so I'm okay with it! LOL!
