small plate

I have heard that when you want to convince yourself you are eating the normal amount of food that you should use a smaller plate. This is a salad plate with my small (?) breakfast yesterday.

  1. That's a good way to watch your weight. I order a meal out and then save half of it for the next day.

  2. We live by that rule. We hardly ever use our large plates - mostly only the salad plates.
