Almost Finished Outside

This is the former Grace Hospital, Hutchinson Hospital South and then vacant building for several years. It will now be known as Hutchinson Lofts. Three trees have been planted and I expect some grass will be "installed" shortly.  What a great restoration of an old building.
There are some income restrictions on tenants. Studio apartments and one and two bedroom units will be available. They contain a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Each floor has a laundry room. I plan to go to the open house to visit the place where I was born and in later years where I worked!
