Blue Water Flags

These flags appeared partially on our yard and all across our neighbor's yard yesterday. Lee thinks there is a leak. I see no water leaking but the word on the flag is "water."

I guess we'll see if the city comes to attend to the situation.

      Some workers were here on Tuesday, 26th, and they said they are trying to locate the water line (!) No digging is planned.

      Our neighbor is connecting some pipe to the water line to add some underground sprinkling. He has it all finished today (Friday, 29th.)
