Breakfast: one piece dry toast and a glass of water.
Lunch: vanilla milkshake
Dinner: (actually Supper here in the boonies) one piece dry toast, two cheese cubes, a hard boiled egg and one small piece of a brownie.
[One day without chocolate is about as long as I can go.]
So far, so good.
