Today I saw some boot toppers, designed to keep the stiff plastic boots from irritating your legs. This is from a blogger friend who knits mittens for school kids, all kinds of useful things to give away and is a wonderful person!
I remember over a year ago I made some boot toppers that I saw somewhere. There was no pattern so I just made it according to the photo. They are only for being stylish. I should have made them be useful and fold over the top of the boot. Oh well. Our niece in Jersey liked them anyway. I guess they help keep the leg warm.

ReplyDeleteNot so far. I try not to sit too much but if I crocheted, it would be too much sitting. My exercises don't take much time and then of course are the naps.
DeleteCute toppers! I'm glad your niece liked them too. I'm glad you're getting naps in. I couldn't fall asleep last night and was awake until after 1:00. My eyes kept trying to close this afternoon but I wouldn't give in. Maybe this way I'll fall asleep at a decent hour tonight. :-) (Thank you for all of the sweet things you said. I don't do anything special though.)

Those are sure cute toppers! Reminds me of Santa's outfit! I know what you mean about Betsy -- she is just an all around great person with the biggest heart ever!!
