Big news of the day

After a few small showers in the last few days, we finally got some real rain last night - along with wind and the blowing of the tornado sirens.  The weather gurus on tv reported no tornado warnings in the area; only high winds. I hope this was a malfunction. I do not like to hear sirens when there is no cause.
