Banana Pancakes

 
I am a sucker for new recipes. Sometimes they are too odd to be prepared the second time. I
once made a Chocolate Sausage cake. It was more sausage flavor than chocolate so that
was a one time thing.
I saw a recipe with two (2) ingredients. Since I had half a ripe banana, I halved
the recipe and added one egg.
Smashing that banana into a pulp and adding the beaten egg, I was ready to fry.
Not quite as thin as a crepe nor as tasty, this is one that probably won't be made again.
 
In case you want to try:
Half cup mashed ripe banana
Two eggs, beaten.
Treat as pancake batter.
Try and eat.
