Chinese Pepper Steak

I don't know why this has the word Chinese in the title of this recipe. It is so old that my Royal Portable had a brown ribbon. Why?

Anyway, it is very tasty served over mashed taters instead of rice - especially if they are Bob Evans farm fresh goodness original.

    1. Yes, it is spattered with soy sauce I suspect.

  2. I have lots of old recipes that are worn and spattered. Usually they are the best recipes.
