Tuna is Tuna

Last time we ordered Tuna Creations (the packet on the left) we got the box of Tuna Salad. It contained a can of tuna which I could not open,  a tiny spoon and five crackers. Today our order was correct and we got the tuna salad for sandwiches.  So I ate the boxed variety. It was surprisingly good with come relish and veggies in it. I'll not buy it again though. Lee likes the other concoction for his sandwiches.

    I've never even seen this Starkist Tuna Salad. I like to make my own with hard boiled eggs and mayo. Sometimes I add onions or relish.

    I've been buying the tuna packs for years now (I use my monthly Dillon's digital coupons to get the 8-packs). I'll never go back to canned (for many reasons). I rarely make sandwiches with the tuna... we use it flaked on our salads, or I have one to help get rid of the odd headache that occurs once in a while that my migraine medicine doesn't work on (yes, tuna is good for headaches), or I just have a pack for the protein mid-afternoon. We sure love tuna in this house! Blessings, Marlu!
