More Hats

Yes, I've been making more hats. However, I bought one last Saturday at a terrific craft sale that is put together by a friend. She had over one hundred vendors and it was really fun to look and buy! The cream/ecru one is the one I bought. It's called a puff pattern. All my life I have called this type hat a stocking cap. My granddaughter called them "beanies." So the dictionary was checked and sure enough - beanie is not just a term for a hat worn by Brownie Scouts years ago. It is a stocking cap.
