I will admit when I first heard of this combination, I was not enthusiastic.Chocolate is my favorite flavor but I had never associated it with wine. Maybe a chocolate liqueur.
Well, when friend B. tried it and told me how good it is, I had to spring for a bottle.
We tried it last night and all four who tried it said it was good. Different, but good. (One was too young to try it and one was indifferent.)
Ms. E. even mentioned it reminded her of a chocolate liqueur. So there you go!
