Experimental Cooking

Note to self: celery does not freeze well.
OK, It freezes well but it is not crispy when it thaws.
To try and save a large bunch of the green stuff, I thawed it and cooked it in some water, added some beef bouillon crystals and then processed it in the blender.
Added a few pieces of cooked cauliflower and some cheese and had some celery soup (?)

Not recommended for human consumption.
