Pictures from the past

This is a picture of my mother's brother, Lloyd C. Wright.
He served during WWI for one year in France. The army
uniform gives no clue as to what rank he was or what
division etc.
The sepia color makes the picture more solemn.
He was from Halstead KS and I remember him as a very
cheerful person (not apparent from this photo.)
