Boo! Just in Time for Halloween

This red eye appeared today and was first noticed by my friend, LP. I didn't see it when I put on "makeup" and I guess that is a sign I do need glasses.
This is not a first time occurence and the eye doctor says it's no big deal. It sure looks odd though.
