 Our color scheme seemed to include a lot of brown; rug, chair, drapes and those walls were gold although they look tan in the photos.
 I think we had progressed to professional haircuts by this time (the end of the '60's)

Why didn't our picnic table ever look like the ones in the magazines? We had the blue checkered cloth but that was about as close as we got. 
But we had fun and enjoyed the food anyway.

Another interesting photo of MN, two McLean kids and me looking down a mine shaft (or something)  Those were some great vacations to Buena Vista with mini bikes on a trailer and a canoe trapped to the top of the station wagon.
