Friend

This is Jo. We have been friends since before Pearl Harbor. She moved here from another town in Kansas. Her dad worked for Standard Oil. We were at a church camp in Sterling, Kansas, when this photo was taken.

The tower on the building in the background is gone, lost in a wind storm sometime after the 1940's.
She lives a long distance away but we keep in touch by phone. If I could just get her to use Skype on her daughter's iPad!
