We have a wonderful home owned barbecue café here - Roy's Pit Barbecue. We splurged yesterday and I got a rib dinner. Five huge ribs, salad bar, beans and two slices of garlic toast.
Heavenly!

Sounds yummy! I do ribs in the crock pot in the summer. Minnesota is not known to have great rib places:(
