A Man and his Kite

Yesterday while we were walking Mork, we saw this fellow with his wind powered go-cart near the Hutchinson water plant. I cannot imagine the pull there must be on those lines that connect him to his kite.
He rolls around on the level ground at a pretty fast rate!
